A unique blend of African culture and tradition contrasted with high quality, modern design home appliances. This is beautifully interpreted by the 12 metre high 'kraal' wall, the 'carvings' of the face-brick walls and the rough cement gallery floor patterned with copper studs, copper being synonymous with Africa. Tree-like canopies welcome visitors, as trees symbolise meeting places in the old Africa. Once the visitor enters the gallery through a small front entrance, the 8 metre high ceilings impress and immediately give a feeling of a warm African welcome.
The stylish appliances are exhibits, and installed in backgrounds of rough steel, stone or glass, and beautifully contrasted in the latest in modern kitchen cabinet design.
