An Annual Service Contract from Miele Professional covers spare parts, labour, call outs and an end of year maintenance service visit aimed at checking the function and safety of all key components.  Machine uptime and smooth operation is ensured by identifying potential faults before they cause problems and replacing spare parts to rectify.

The Annual Service Contract offers you the following benefits:

Health Check

Health Check

We can check the condition of your Miele Professional appliance:

  • Examination of the maintenance condition of the appliance.
  • Provide a detailed assessment and documentation of the technical condition of the appliance.
  • Carry out an electrical safety check.

If additional repair work should prove to be necessary, Miele can advise on the suitability of an Annual Service Contract or a repair could be billed separately. 

Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance Contract

Miele offer a maintenance and repair contract to appliances that are still within the manufacturer’s warranty period.  This is a maintenance and repair contract that includes all the costs for any repairs that are necessary, in addition to the maintenance services.

The costs for worn and replacement parts are included as well as the labour and call out costs.

The Maintenance Contract is available as a three year or a five year extended cover agreement.
