	In 1982 Miele (Pty) Ltd opened it's doors in South Africa. In those days Miele was nestled in the industrial area of Strydom Park but in 2004 Miele found a new home in the prestigious suburb of Bryanston. It is here that on the18th March 2004,the Miele showroom transformed into a spectacular gallery, a gallery of fine living. The Miele gallery in Bryanston is home to approximately 50 employees and is headed up by Managing Director Frank Vos. Towards the end of 2005 a second impressive gallery was added to Miele SA's portfolio. Miele Cape Town is situated in the upmarket and developing area of Tygervalley. With premium appliances and a view of the beautiful Table Mountain, a visit to this gallery will take your breath away. With the demand for the finer things in life increasing and the need for customers to be able to experience the fantastic attributes of the Miele range of appliances, 2 more galleries have subsequently opened in South Africa. In 2008 the gallery in Brooklyn PTA came into being and like all our galleries has unique qualities, making a visit to this gallery an experience in itself , especially if you are looking to have an impressive dinner party in a different setting. 2009 saw the opening of our gallery in KZN . There is an element of traditional Durban flair that combined with the superior finishes of the gallery and our Miele appliances puts this gallery in a league of it's own. All the Miele galleries have been designed in such a way to welcome customers to come and experience all the Miele appliances in an interactive manor. Not only are they showcased in an upmarket designer fashion, they are set out in a way in which they can be used to display all the features that each appliance has to offer. The Miele galleries in JHB, KZN and Cape Town have out with fully fitted active kitchen areas where cooking classes, demonstrations, launches, presentations and dinner parties can be held. Our galleries are the perfect venues for wine and whisky tastings, art exhibitions, cocktail parties and any corporate functions. Whatever the function, Miele, with perfection and class will assist in making it an event to remember. Our galleries are open to the public and in 2005 Miele (Pty) Ltd launched a full customer support through the Miele Chartered Agents.
