Preparation1. Butter 6 ramenkins or tea cups and dust with castor sugar.
2. Melt the chocolate, coffee and milk in a saucepan on a low heat.
3. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy in a separate bowl.
4. Beat the egg into the mixture 1 at a time.
5. Fold in the cocoa powder, flour, salt and chocolate sauce.
6. Place some marinated cherries in the bottom of the ramenkin and cover with the chocolate mixture.
7. Cover with cling film, pierce and stand in a Miele perforated steam container.
8. Steam at 100C for 40 minutes in a Miele steam oven.
9. Serve in the remenkin or cup topped with crumbled meringue and drizzled with some toffee sauce.
